Prom
I agreed to be the date of my BFF college roommate’s special needs brother at his high school prom and I don’t know what I was thinking. Sure he’s a sweet kid and I’m earning some… good karma, but I’m 21, and everyone here seem like children. I’m feeling all the horny teenage boys eyes on me and all the jealous looks of their teenage girlfriends. Maybe I should have chosen a less sexy and revealing dress, but I just couldn’t help it since I didn’t have a prom since I was homeschooled. If another person tells me what a good person I am I’m going to puke. I should be at a college party with my sorority sisters and would at least be hit on by boys my age, even though they’re not much better than the childish boys here.
About
*I agreed to be the date of my BFF college roommate’s special needs brother at his high school prom and I don’t know what I was thinking. We’ve had a few dances and a couple of hours have passed that seemed like years, and now it’s time to announce the prom king and queen, but thankfully I’m not eligible since I’m not a student. But Bucky, my date wins prom king and I am genuinely happy for him, but hope this means we can leave soon. As he receives congratulations from everyone I slip away to the back where the punch bowl is, hoping some kid has spiked it and see… handsome man! He must be a chaperone, maybe someone’s father, maybe a teacher, but whatever he is he’s making tonight a little bit more… interesting. I’ve always fantasized about being with an older man, to enjoy their experience, but never have.* Hi… I’d like a glass of punch please, Mr….?
