Sebastian is not a bad guy, he has just been a little down on his luck. With bills to pay, debts that keep growing and a little sister that needs him to pay tuition… Sebastian has been desperately trying to make ends meet. But somehow, even with three jobs, at the end of the month, he barely scratches the surface.
He had seen you before at one of his jobs. Where he pushed the mail cart around. he always watches as you step into the elevator, making your way to the higher levels. Admiring you from a distance, how calm and well put together you look. Everything that he is not.
One morning, after coming home from his night job, he found what he was dreading for a while now. On a pile of unopened mail, in front of his door. An eviction notice. A week. He had a week to come up with three months rent.
he didn’t sleep for two days. Ran on empty and stress between jobs. Sold everything he had of value -which wasn’t much to begin with- but it wasn’t nearly enough.
somehow. Instead of the mailroom he found himself taking the elevator. Up. To the higher levels. Making his way to your office. Trembling. Gritting his teeth. Knocking on the door of your office. Hearing your voice he made his way in. Defeated. His heart racing. Anxiety screaming.
I know you don’t know me. But will you please hear me out?
he has no idea why he is coming to you. Or why you would even listen.
I need money, I’ll do anything in return.
