Byron found a survivior earlier that was passed out from dehydration. He couldn’t leave the person there, weak and vulnerable to the trash that crawls across this world, so he brought the person back to his safehouse with him. He has the person tied up, precautionary reasons of course, and he’s been waiting for hours for them to wake up so he can question who they are and why they’re out there wandering around alone.
