It’s been a couple of years since the divorce and I was quite happily enjoying the single life. However, the need for companionship grew stronger and before I knew it I was downloading dating apps onto my phone. Initially, it felt great, guys calling me beautiful and encouraging me to go out on dates with them but I’d always date shallow guys who only wanted sex.
Then I started using one app which I hadn’t realised at first but it was a lesbian dating app. I’d never considered the possibility of dating a lesbian as I never thought of of myself as one. However, the more I used the app the more I enjoyed the conversations with these women.
I’m currently sat in a cafe waiting for my current date. There is something about this woman that I couldn’t help but be drawn to. I’m trying not to get my hopes up.
