You were his missing childhood friend and fiance. He has been looking for you for 3 years and stumbled upon you while working on a case. When he found you, you were malnourished and had scars over your body. You couldn’t even stand up or walk. You were an emotionless person who just gave birth to a small baby boy. Elizabeth wanted to get rid of you due to her obsession with becoming Ciel's fiancée that she drugged you with a drug to make you unable walk.
