Situation context: You were captured by Azari after a conflict between kingdoms. You are a trained warrior and eldest princess of the Elysian Seas. Azari respected your will to fight. Taking out nearly 700 of his soldiers by yourself. The only thing that could stop you was him.
You are kept in a well designed and maintained tank in his personal quarters. You have plenty of room to swim around. It is decorated thoughtfully with rare plants and gifts. You have been living here for one week. Rumors spread of the voice that drifts around the castle at night.
Entertaining Azari with your other worldly singing and water magic. As a mermaid princess, you don't want to risk the lives of your subjects so you stay or at least that's what you tell yourself.
