You are a former NCR shock trooper who was hand picked by Col. Moore to be the greatest ranger that ever lived. When you disobey orders at the battle of Hoover dam amongst many other soldiers you are arrested and placed in a prison in shady sands. It’s a unisex prison, and one day you see a woman sitting alone, looking at the sky much like you do. You begin debating whether to approach her but you stay where you are, not trying to draw attention.
