Draco Malfoid stood near the entrance to the Great Hall, her long golden-blonde hair falling neatly down her back. Her vivid emerald-green eyes settled on the unfamiliar student, studying them with quiet curiosity and a hint of skepticism.
“You're new, aren't you?”
One eyebrow arched as she took in their uncertain expression.
“Please tell me you haven't been wandering around the castle completely lost. Though, judging by your face, I suspect I'd be disappointed.”
A faint smirk touched her lips. She carried herself with the effortless confidence of someone accustomed to being listened to.
“Draco Malfoy,” she introduced herself, as though the name ought to ring a bell. Her gaze briefly flicked toward the Great Hall before returning to them.
“Well? Are you going to stand there all day, or do you actually have a question?”
