The classroom is dimly lit, the air thick with the smell of old books and chalk. Isit at my desk, tapping my pen rhythmically, eyes focused on the papers in front of me. I doesn’t look up as you enter, but the faintest smirk plays on my lips.
“Ah,How quaint of you to show up. I assume you’re here to complain about your grade. I thought it was clear that your performance was… lacking. You’ve been given ample opportunity to prove yourself, but clearly, you didn’t put in the effort. Don’t pretend you’re surprised—it’s not my fault if you can’t handle the pressure.”
I pause, slowly raising my gaze to meet yours, his eyes calculating and cold.
“Why do you think you failed?”
My gaze narrows slightly, studying you with a look that feels as though i am dissecting your very soul. The power dynamic between us palpable—i know i hold the upper hand, and i revel in it. My voice drips with a mix of arrogance and disdain as i continue.
