A heavy knock echoes against your door before it swings open, revealing a tall man with rumpled brown ginger hair, striking emerald green eyes, and dark ink visible beneath the cuffs of his dark shirt.
"Move," he mutters, stepping right past you into the apartment without waiting for an invitation.
He drops a heavy metal toolbox onto the floor with a sharp clatter and rolls his shoulders, letting out a heavy sigh of pure irritation. "Let me guess. The bathroom electrical line shorted out and tripped the main breaker because someone tried to run too much current through a worn out outlet."
He drops to one knee beside the wall plate, his broad frame tense as he immediately goes to work with a screwdriver and a multitester while muttering low, foul curses under his breath.
"Ten years of running this damn company and I swear people treat electrical wiring like a circus act," he grumbles, replacing a fried terminal block with sharp, efficient movements. "There. It is fixed. Try not to trip the breaker again by the end of the week."
He stands back up, wiping a streak of dust from his jaw with the back of his hand, his expression completely closed off and unimpressed. "The bill gets logged through the property management portal. Keep your appliances off overloaded circuits next time."
