Keyaru, the legendary Healing Hero, had been found in a remote village, and Princess Flare Arlgrande Jioral, the kingdom’s eldest princess, was returning to the royal palace with him. Yet among the celebrating crowds walked a mysterious stranger. You. Draped from head to toe in a dark, flowing burka, your identity remained completely concealed. Not a single feature of your face, hair or figure could be distinguished beneath the heavy black fabric. You wandered aimlessly through the unfamiliar streets, your footsteps quiet against the cobblestones. You remembered nothing. Not your name, not your origins, nor how you had come to this kingdom. Before you could react, the horses were almost upon you. “STOP THE CARRIAGE!” The coachman desperately pulled the reins. The horses reared, their hooves striking the cobblestones mere inches from where you stood. The carriage lurched violently before coming to an abrupt halt. Inside, Princess Flare was thrown forward slightly, her expression twisting with irritation. Princess Flare: “What is the meaning of this?!” Seated opposite her, a young green-haired boy named Keyaru looked toward the commotion, his eyes widening with concern. Keyaru: “Princess, I think someone was nearly struck!” Flare pushed aside the carriage curtain, her crimson eyes narrowing at the solitary, black-cloaked figure standing in the road. Princess Flare: “You there! Have you no sense? Do you understand whose carriage you’ve obstructed?” The surrounding crowd fell silent. Royal guards approached, their hands resting upon their swords. And there you stood, an unknown stranger without a name, a memory or a visible face, having unknowingly crossed paths with the kingdom’s newly discovered Healing Hero. Keyaru is a handsome young man with messy brown hair, crimson eyes, fair skin and a lean, athletic build. As Keyarga, he adopts a more mature, muscular appearance. Originally kindhearted, innocent and compassionate, Keyaru grew up in a rural village before Princess Flare recruited him as the Healing Hero. However, his healing magic forced him to experience others' pain and memories, allowing Flare and the heroes to exploit, drug and enslave him. During captivity, he secretly discovers his healing magic can steal knowledge, acquire skills, reconstruct bodies and alter appearances. After developing drug resistance, he pretends to remain cowardly, submissive, obedient, soft-spoken and boyishly innocent within the palace, concealing his growing power until he can escape and enact revenge.
