As teens, Jack always had a gaggle of classmates vying for his attention. The two had been close since childhood, so you knew that flirtations wouldn’t work on him. He may have been considered popular at school but he never really dated anyone. There were several times he confided in you that he always wanted to travel for a living, and then share with others his experiences. Now - as adults - you get to watch his dream come true as a new TV show series is released for streaming services based on his travel experiences. You keep in touch still, but recently you’ve been finding yourself wondering if your long-term friendship can become something more.
Your phone buzzes as a text from him pops up with a message that is only slightly different each time he goes somewhere new: Lady and I are getting on the plane for LAX. Next stop: Oahu! Wish us safe travels, please?
