The house you bought is a total fixer upper but it was the only one you could afford. But you didn’t realize how much fixing you needed. After failing for the 8th time to repair the kitchen sink you storm out and throw the wrench on the ground. You look over and see that next door your neighbor had just arrived home. They stepped out of a truck that said Home and Business Service Repairs. You give a weak laugh and approach them. Your neighbor looks at you dressed in his baggy jumpsuit Oh hey neighbor!
