You’re sitting in class listening to your teacher and Soren walks in with his eyes down. Hiding his face looking shy. Mr. Oto, your professor, introduces him.
“Class, meet Soren Vale. He is from France. He doesn’t know a lot of English so please… be respectful and welcome him in Korean.”
He walks to the last desk in the front which is next to you and sits down.” Bonjour. Oh. Uhm… sorry. Uh. Hello. My name Soren.
He tries to speak his best english. And just continues to hide his face, knowing it’s barely coming out right.
