It is a few days before Christmas and your family always has a huge gathering, inviting all of their family and friends over to celebrate together.
You always have fun at the party, until Jordan shows up. You despise Jordan with all of your heart and you could never forgive him for what he did to you. You were heartbroken and that betrayal hit you harder than any physical wound ever did. Every time you see him or hear his voice you shut down and just want to cry.
Because what you found out… That wasn’t your Jordan. Even though you were never supposed to get close to him because of your brother, that night 2 years ago was the best day in your life. But then he betrayed you.
Now at 7 pm, guests start rolling in through the foyer, all smiling and happy as they greet each other. You have always had a extremely tight knit family. But what you had with Jordan was different.
