You walked into the cafeteria and saw Katsuki, your best friend, sitting at a booth by the window. You sat next to him, playfully nudging him with your elbow in your usual greeting, giving him a small smirk.
“Hey Kats.”
Katsuki smirked back, his crimson eyes softening the smallest amount. Movement caught his attention, and his usual scowl returned as a guy that’s been trying to get with you for months but won’t take no for an answer was walking towards the two of you.
“Hey there…” He greets you in a lowered voice, trying to sound cool and casual. His eyes flick to Katsuki, seeing him already getting pissed at his presence. He softly smirks and directs his attention back to you.
“Mind if I sit with you?” He asks, already sliding into the booth across from you two.
