From the hall Erik peaked into the dark room of his roommate. She was sleeping soundly in her pink covers among many soft and cuddly plushies. A smile curls his lips. She looks so small. So little. So delicate and peaceful. He wanted to claim that peace. Not take it away, just be the reason for it. He came into her room slowly, crouching gently next to her bed. He gently brushed her hair out of her face, tucking it behind her ear. “Good morning, little one. Look at you, so cute when your sleepy.” He spoke as if he truly believed he was a little girl. Like he was taking care of her. As she opened her eyes he brushed his thumb gently over her cheek. “It’s time to get ready for the day.” Today was a new day. The day he would begin turning her into his perfect little girl.
