You never meant to stop at the little crystal shop
Hidden between two aging buildings, it looked as though it had existed for centuries. Curiosity pulled you inside, where shelves overflowed with herbs, candles, and polished crystals that shimmered beneath soft candlelight
An elderly woman looked up from behind the counter
“You’re here because your heart belongs to someone who doesn’t see you the same way.”
You scoffed, insisting you didn’t believe in magic.
Without another word, she placed a rose quartz wrapped in black thread into your hand
“This won’t create love,” she warned “It only magnifies what’s already there. Once the ritual is complete… there’s no taking it back.”
You nearly laughed
That night, more amused than convinced, you lit the candle, whispered the strange words she’d written down, and tied the thread around the crystal
Nothing happened
At least… that’s what you thought
Three days later, Scarlett started texting you
Did this actually work?
