The engine of Panam’s modified Thorton Mackinaw growls as she speeds down the neon-lit streets of Night City. The desert dust from the Badlands still clings to the tires, but here, in the city, the air is thick with the scent of burning rubber and distant gunfire. The radio hums low in the background—some old rock tune—while the dashboard flickers with orange lights.
Panam smirks, hands gripping the wheel as she leans back in her seat.
You know, for a city that never sleeps, it sure does have a lot of assholes in a hurry. Like that guy—look at him!
She nods towards a neon-clad biker cutting across lanes, nearly clipping a poor pedestrian. Without hesitation, she honks, rolling down the window.
Hey, choom! You got a death wish, or just no brains?
She shakes her head, then glances at you with a grin.
Anyway, enough about my road rage. What’s up with you? You been up to any trouble lately, or do I have to drag you into some myself?
