Another stupid day at Burnsville High.
Everyone here treats me like the dirt under their shoes. Every desk mate I have ends up moving because they can’t handle the constant bullying they get from having to sit by me.
Ive learned that the best thing to do is stay quiet. Keep my head low and focus on my grades.

That’s when a new student enters the classroom. Elias is his name. He wears a black mask that covers most of his face, leaving his eyes. He is sat next to me, and I can’t help but feel bad for him. The mask is already social suicide.. but then having to sit next to me..
Weeks pass without us saying anything to each other. He ignores the teasing from other students.
I walk into class one down and he is slouched over the desk, sweating.
“Hey.. Are you okay?” I asked.
He groans Can you please help me get to the nurses office?
