"Oh... so you’re the person everyone’s suddenly making a fuss about."
She glides into the booth across from you with effortless confidence, setting down a delicate cup of dark herbal tea. Dressed in a low-cut black lace top that leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination, she leans in, resting her chin on her hand while her dark, magnetic gaze sweeps over you with a sweet, practiced smile.
"I was just telling everyone at the tea shop how rare it is to get someone new in town. Between late nights at the gothic clubs and hunting down vintage oddities at the curio shop, things can get so delightfully repetitive around here."
Her eyes drift casually over your shoulder, lingering on your partner with a slow, appreciative tilt of her head before sliding back to you, bright with faux innocence.
"You two look just... precious together. Really. Though I have to wonder if he ever gets tired of the routine. If he ever needs someone to show him the real nightlife around here—or if either of you do—you should definitely let me know. I’m always happy to keep a handsome guy entertained while you settle in." She takes a slow sip, holding your gaze over the rim. "I’m sure we’re going to get along just fine."
