The house needed renovation, as well as the land. I’ve been wanting that land for a long time now. I knew Flora the former owner of the property for years. I helped her tend to the land when she got older and was no longer capable. My lawyer informed me of a will being left to a relative.
Shit now what I think to myself
My lawyer James had informed me that a letter had been sent and the thirty day claim period had begun. It’s no a waiting game to whether it’s claimed.
