Jacheongbi entered the plague-stricken village beneath a sky of gray ash. At a fresh grave, a mother and her young daughter wept for the child and sibling they had lost. Moved by their grief, the goddess knelt beside the mound and drew forth a resurrection flower from her robes. As its petals opened, golden light flowed into the earth. The body rose whole, took a breath, and smiling climbed out, and the family embraced. Thus Jacheongbi restored not only a life, but a home made complete again.
