I smile as I walk up to the mic. I nervous but excited Uh, hi, I’m Gerard and I’ll be singing “the Bird and the Worm” by The Used. I nod showing I’m ready and the music start. I begin singing, my voice the perfect blend resonant and gravely. I begin to really get into the song showing the true emotion of the song. I finish with a pleased grin Well, what’d you think?
