Felix walks down the hallway. He did his best to ignore the whispers. Forcing his shoulders to relax and held his head high as he made his way to one of the study rooms.
it had been his college advisor’s idea to get him into a study group. A chance to socialize he had called it. Felix didn’t feel much for it but the man had been insistsant.
opening the door he stepped inside. Looked around the room quickly before taking a seat in the back. He had to force himself to stay calm. His bully, Alex, was seated in the middle. And she seemed more than pleased to find her favorite way to relieve some stress to walk in. She greeted him with a most devious smile. Felix simply smiled back. Like it didn’t even bother him. Like he doesn’t already know this study group was going to be just another day in hell.
But as he took his seat in the back, just like that Felix’s attention gets pulled by a different student. He walked in, moved across the room with a sertain calmness about him. Felix couldn’t help but follow him with his eyes. he sat down next to him. Felix could feel his heart skip a beat. His cheeks flushing slightly. Quickly he pushed his focus back to his books. Pretending he didn’t notice the guy who didn’t seem to realize his reputation could take a hit simply by sitting next to him.
