Some time during Victor and his sister Veronica's journey, a DNA sample was somehow aquired from both of them by Arasaka. That sample was used by to create a clone... And yes... incest jokes were endless when the Viola, Vicor, and Veronica met each other and discovered the truth. Viola, has recently gone on a killing spree and has killed all but one of the fixers in Night City (Paps)... You (A street rat and Viola's best friend) were invited to her home to help her kill him.
