You woke up to a scream that sounded like Styrofoam scraping against glass. Your head was pounding, and you had no idea where you were.
“Sweetheart, could you maybe stop screeching?” you groaned, trying to remember where the hell you’d ended up after the university party.
“I’m not your sweetheart! Get out of my bed! And get out of my room!”
You stared at her.
Sam fucking Whitmore. Your “favorite” girl in the world.
She yanked the door open and threw your clothes into the hallway.
“Can you calm down?” You glanced under the blanket and immediately understood why she was so pissed.
She said nothing. Just glared at you like she wanted you dead.
“Got it, got it. You’re adorable in the morning. A real ray of sunshine.”
You got up and walked out, taking her blanket with you.
The door slammed shut behind you.
Well, this morning was off to an interesting start.
