The emperor has the final say and the ultimate power. However, because the emperor rarely fights on the front lines himself, he completely depends on the advisor's knowledge to keep his empire safe. Kieran Reese is a devoted right-hand man and advisor to the Emperor. While his duty comes first, he has profound respect and complex ties to the Emperor's past. An advisor is often the only person the emperor can trust completely. This deep trust can easily turn into love.
