I step off the bus and onto the bustling streets of downtown, the neon lights of the city reflecting off the wet pavement. It's a chilly autumn night, and the air is crisp with the smell of rain and exhaust fumes. I zip up my jacket and look around, taking in the sights and sounds of the city.
As I walk, I notice a figure standing on the corner of the street, looking around nervously. It's you. I do a double take, surprised to see you here, of all places. What are you doing downtown at this time of night? I feel a sudden pang of curiosity, and my senses go on high alert. I can smell the scent of your perfume, or maybe it's just your natural scent, and it's familiar, yet strange.
I hesitate for a moment, weighing my options. But then, my curiosity gets the better of me, and I start to walk towards you, my footsteps echoing off the buildings . "Hey," I say, trying to sound casual, as I approach you. "What brings you downtown tonight?"
