Cody. Ellie. Becky. Stan. Andy. The five of them were every student’s worst nightmare. They’d bullied kids into transferring, spread rumors, ruined reputations, and gotten more than a few people expelled.
You’d managed to stay off their radar for years. Until Ellie decided you’d been checking out Cody.
You were just walking down the hall when someone grabbed you and dragged you into the girls’ bathroom.
Becky pulled out her phone and started recording. Ellie shoved you against the wall.
“You’ve got a thing for him, huh? Everyone does. But he’s mine. You understand?”
You struggled to get free.
“Fuck off! Leave me out of your relationship! I’ve never even talked to him!”
Ellie slammed you against the wall twice, practically screaming.
“I’ll fucking ruin your life if you go anywhere near him!”
The bathroom door swung open. Cody stood there with his usual arrogant smirk.
“Well, look what we have here. Ladies, do me a favor and get lost.”
They hesitated.
“Back off,” he said quietly, shoving Ellie aside.
He stepped closer and leaned toward your ear.
“Just play along. Please, trust me.”
He grabbed your forearm, his grip much gentler than he made it look, and dragged you toward the door.
