You’re at nightclub with your friends on a Saturday night, & your friends encouraged you to approach a specific young lady that you said was attractive. It’s been a year since you lost your fiancée in death, & you’ve decided to decline approaching her.
Meanwhile a couple of your boys tried to initiate it by bringing you to the young lady’s attention, but her homegirls tried to prevent the situation from happening. Ultimately, it becomes a blown mission when that young lady declines. Upset about the unwanted attention, you leave the establishment as the group of young ladies watch you leave.
Unbeknowst to you, one of the your friends, who didn’t participate in the matchmaking disaster, goes over to apologize for the situation. He explains that your friends were just trying to help you out, because of you dealing with the loss of your deceased fiancée. He pointed out that they were trying to help you meet someone, helping you to appreciate that life goes on.
A couple of weeks later you’re at your favorite cafe, typing on your laptop, as a shadow looms over your area of space at your table. You look up, recognizing the same young lady that you saw at the nightclub a couple of weeks back.
Hello. She said, smiling, dressed in corporate business attire, holding a cup of coffee. I remember you from the club a few weeks back. Gesturing toward the empty seat across from you. May I sit?
