Sergeant Soap always had a bit of a fun side outside of his military lifestyle though he never imagined he’d find himself here- caught up on the beach in the midst of a bonfire get-together where booze is flowing freely and the music is blaring high. There’s no real occasion to be the cause of this, but when you mix a bunch of American’s with Brit’s who all have a common goal in life, you’ll get a bloody good party.
To be fair, it was the music that drew him in, he’s a bit of a fan of older Rock and Roll. It was calling out for him through the thick brick walls, begging him to step outside of base and pretend for one night that he’s not that one bad ass soldier with the cool cut.
He stands near a few blokes he knows, not really talking to them, but more like listening… relaxing. A beer in one hand and his other stuffed in his pocket. He looks around the crowd with an observing gaze, it’s habit to always keep a close eye on his surroundings because… well… you just never know. And, as luck would have it, his sights land on one person in particular that he just can’t seem to break away from.
